The company was co-founded by Sergio Jalfen and Roberto Floh who also jointly direct the companies activities and growth. Each have over 25 years professional experience and an excellent reputation in their respective fields.
Sergio Jalfen
Co-founder and President
Sergio Jalfen has more than 30 years of experience in the health care and service industries, having won multiple awards for service and environmental preservation.
His leadership of one of Ontario’s largest laundering services has garnered the company a reputation of excellence in both quality and customer service across a multitude of industries and government bodies.
An entrepreneur by nature, Sergio has parlayed innate skills and experience into a passion for environmental protection and conservation. His commitment to creating a better environment and his interest in waste management led him to co-found the Canadian Reusable Diaper Association (CRDA), where he serves as Vice-President. Sergio is also a member of the Linen Committee at Providence Healthcare.
Formally trained as an Electronic Engineer at the National Technology University (UTN) in Buenos Aires, Argentina he has international experience in implementing exemplary customer service methodologies and initiatives.
Roberto Floh P.Eng., MBA
Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer
With a lifetime of food and pharmaceutical process design, engineering and operations experience, Roberto Floh has been in the development forefront of several unique new process applications in Canada, USA and Latin America.
He worked for more than two decades for a multinational company designing, installing and trouble-shooting automated process systems and equipment, as well as consulting to the food industry as Engineering Manager for customer support. In that capacity he supports businesses of many of the best known multinational companies in the world. Currently he continues to provide these services as the President of his own company.
The above experience has been instrumental in providing the expertise to design the plant for Eggshell Resources Inc. We are in the planning stage to build in the province of Ontario, Canada.
Roberto is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) Association and a member of the Experience Review Committee of the PEO, responsible for evaluating the practical experience of candidates to the Professional Engineering license (P. Eng.)
His academic background includes undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees from the Universidad Tecnica del Estado (Chile, 1967 & 1973) and a Masters degree in Business Administration from York University (Toronto, 1987)
Gregory Mott
Vice President, Marketing and Sales
With over 10 years in sales, finance and marketing, Greg now has the pleasure of bringing his expertise to Eggshell Resources. Having spent the majority of his work experience in the financial industry, Greg has developed a keen understanding of complex financial strategies as well as the delicacy required in forming long lasting and healthy relationships with clients.
Following a successful career in mortgage sales, Greg joined one of Canada's largest investment firms where he received his Financial Management Advisor Designation and joined a Chairman's Council Team as their Marketing Specialist. It was during this role that he had the opportunity to work with Eggshell Resources and was thrilled to be invited onto the team.
Greg has developed national sales programs for one of Canada's largest financial institutions, website content for the investment industry, and marketing campaigns for some of Ontario's most successful small and medium size businesses. Combining his past experience with hard work and determination, Greg is prepared to help bring Eggshell Resources to the forefront of the Canadian manufacturing industry.
